Lead Time And Sample

Production starts when the deposit of your order is paid and all information is clear (design, shipping info, package, and so on).

• Sample: 5-15 days (Jan. Feb. March will need more days.)
• Production: 15-30 days(Jan. Feb. March will need more days.)

If your order is complex, may need to add some production time, just ask us about the production and delivery time when we start the order.

Free

• Order a hat from a previous production run.
• Order a sample of the style you want from our shop.
• Shipping costs: 25$ as usual.

The sample is not custom-made to your specifications.

Option2

Receive pictures of your pre-production sample for free.

• Place an order and receive pictures of pre-production samples.
• 100% custom your design sample.

We can also send the sample to you, you don’t need to pay any fee.

• Create and receive your own sample.
• Get the sample before you make the order.
• Shipping fee: (less than 4 pieces): 25$ as usual.

Note: 100% custom your design sample. Sample fee isn’t including shipping fee, the sample fee. Will refund when you back to custom big order( more than 150 pcs per design).

Artwork fee: New customers can get 2 free designs(just sending your website to us is okay), Return customers Can always get 5 free designs from our factory per time. ( Just tell us if your idea and the Logo are okay).

• The old customer can get 2 free samples per time (not including shipping).
• Logo vectorizing Fee: free.
• Logo digitizing Fee: free.
• Embroidery, custom inside taping, etc: no setup fees.
• Woven label: $50 gets you 1000 pcs (MOQ); we can stock or send the leftovers.
• Stamped, leather, and PVC patches: if you order a sample only that features a stamped patch, we have to charge a one-time mold fee of $49.

Rush order fee: we offer the possibility to rush your order; the fee is based on your deadline as well as the nature of your order.
